Cancelling a booking

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email or WhatsApp. The date we receive your request is treated as the cancellation date.

Cancellation charges

Charges depend on how close to the travel date you cancel and on the non-refundable costs already paid to hotels, airlines and operators. The schedule that applies to your trip is stated in your quote.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Flights, buses and vehicles

Transport tickets follow the cancellation rules of the airline or operator, which may be stricter than ours.

Cancellation by us

If we have to cancel a trip, you may choose an alternative date, an alternative trip, or a refund of the amount paid to us.
